My Story
My journey into holistic medicine began over a decade ago when I sought answers for my own health challenges that were not improving with Western medicine. After experiencing the transformative effects of acupuncture firsthand, I felt called to change direction and pursue formal training in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I graduated from the Double Major Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine program at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine here in Calgary. As a self-proclaimed lifelong student, I continue to expand my knowledge with genuine curiosity and a deep commitment to providing effective, personalized care. In addition to acupuncture, I am also trained in cupping therapy, gua sha, electrostimulation, herbal prescriptions, and Chinese lifestyle and dietary guidance. I design individualized treatment plans, thoughtfully combining modalities to best support each client’s goals and health concerns.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy exploring nature, creating in the kitchen, reading, and spending time with friends.
